We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Live Laugh Pueblo. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer the following return policy:
- Eligibility for Returns
• Most items purchased at the Live Laugh Pueblo Store are eligible for a return within 30 days of the purchase date.
• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
• Some items are not eligible for return, including:
o Personalized or custom-made items
o Perishable goods (e.g., food items)
o Items marked as final sale

• To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return.
• We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item.
• Please note: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received the wrong item or the item was damaged in transit). - Refunds
• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
• Please allow for additional processing time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
• Colorado Law: We comply with all applicable Colorado laws regarding refunds and returns for online sales. - Exchanges
• We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item and place a new order. - Damaged or Defective Items
